TERMS OF SERVICE

In order to use my assets or models you must follow this TOS, failure to do so will result in a ban from my shop, revoked access from products, and a possible blacklist.

• Incorrect information or lack of information at checkout makes your license invalid.
• Every purchase is personal only, you can not share the files with anyone for any reason. If you feel there's a reason to, feel free to contact me.
• NO "PRICE SPLITTING" It is leaking, and will result in a blacklist.

• Do not redistribute or resell any of my assets on their own, even if edited, only on complete models.
• Do not take credit for my work, credit me with a link to my shop, or a link to the product. (EX: Jacket By Independent/Jacket - Independent)
• Majority of my assets are allowed for commercial, personal, free, and public models. I do not always list every one of these examples, but if its not allowed for a type of model it will state it in the description. (EX: "Not allowed on free models")
• Do not upload to other sites/games for profit. I do not mind my work being uploaded to sites such as roblox for PERSONAL/NONPROFIT use as long as I am credited.

• DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE OR RESELL. ALL AVATARS ARE PERSONAL USE ONLY.
• Do not upload my avatars as public. This includes uploading to a pedestal, making your upload public, and uploading to any account but yours.
• Do not asset mine off my avatars. You cannot reuse any of my edits nor can you take any assets off of my models, buy them from the original creators.
• Do not upload my avatars to any platform other than vrchat and chilloutvr.
